Wear & Maintenance
Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, scheduled service, and maintenance-related failures are not covered.
Consumable Components
Hydraulic hoses, seals, filters, belts, fluids, batteries, and other consumable or regularly replaced items are excluded.
Cosmetic & Accessory Items
Cosmetic concerns, finish or appearance issues, and electrical accessories are not covered by this limited warranty.
Misuse or Modifications
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper operation, lack of maintenance, abuse, or unauthorized modifications is excluded.
New Equipment
Factory Warranty Coverage
Most new equipment offered from leading manufacturers such as John Deere, Kubota, and Case IH includes a standard manufacturer factory warranty.
Factory coverage commonly lasts one (1) to two (2) years or approximately 1,000 to 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. Exact terms vary by manufacturer, model, and equipment category.
Engine, transmission, drivetrain, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems may be included under the applicable factory warranty.
Factory warranties generally include both parts and labor when approved repairs are completed through an authorized dealership.

Longer Coverage Periods
Available protection may extend coverage to three, four, five, or more years depending on the machine and selected plan.
Higher Hour Limits
Certain extended plans may continue protection up to approximately 3,000 to 5,000 operating hours.
